Clear information for connected-account workflows.

MintAI is designed to be transparent about account authorization, content handling, and the limits of our integrations. This page explains the product practices behind that commitment.

Account authorization

Users decide when and why to connect an account.

When a MintAI feature needs access to a third-party account, the account holder is directed through the applicable authorization process. MintAI asks only for the permission needed for the feature the user selects.

Before authorization

Explain the purpose

We should make it clear which feature needs an account connection and why.

  • Describe the requested workflow
  • Identify the connected platform
  • Direct the user to the platform authorization screen
  • Link to the active Privacy Policy and Terms
After authorization

Keep the user in control

Connected-account actions are limited to the permission granted by the account holder and the capabilities available to that account.

  • Use access only for the requested workflow
  • Show meaningful review context before an action
  • Allow users to disconnect an authorization
  • Provide a support route for questions or concerns
Data and privacy

Purposeful access, not data collection for its own sake.

MintAI may process the information needed to provide video-creation, account-connection, and support workflows. We do not sell TikTok user data or use a connected account for an unrelated purpose.

Data minimizationRequest and use only the permissions and data required for the user's selected feature.

Product boundaries

What MintAI does not claim.

A trustworthy product does not promise access that depends on another platform's decision or a user's authorization.

Third-party platforms

We do not control platform availability.

Third-party platforms control their own APIs, policies, market availability, account eligibility, publishing rules, and data access. MintAI does not represent that any particular feature will be available to every user.

Commerce data

We do not simulate unavailable information.

Shop, product, order, conversion, and performance information may be available only after the relevant seller authorization and platform access are approved. Where a capability is unavailable, it should be presented as unavailable.
