1. The MintAI service
MintAI helps cross-border ecommerce sellers create batches of sales-focused product videos from seller-provided product information and media, coordinate publishing workflows, and, where applicable, use authorized store or content information to plan future creative decisions. Specific connected-account, publishing, and data capabilities depend on the relevant platform, market, account eligibility, and user authorization.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
MintAI is intended for users operating in supported international markets. You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law, advertising requirements, marketplace rules, and third-party platform terms. You must not use MintAI to circumvent platform availability restrictions, access another user's account without authorization, or provide a China-only TikTok workflow.
3. Your account and connected accounts
You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for actions taken through your connected account. MintAI will use a connected-account authorization only to provide the requested feature and only within the permissions granted by the account holder.
4. Your content and product information
You are responsible for the product information, media, claims, scripts, captions, and other materials you submit or approve. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use those materials and that they do not infringe another person's rights or violate law or platform rules.
5. AI-assisted output
MintAI may generate or help edit content using AI. You must review all output before use. Where a platform or law requires disclosure or labeling of AI-generated content, you are responsible for ensuring the required disclosure or setting is used.
6. Publishing actions
MintAI does not publish content without an authorized account connection and the action required by the applicable workflow. When a publishing feature is available, you must review the final video, caption, audience or privacy settings, and product information before confirming the action.
7. Third-party platforms and data availability
Third-party platforms control their own services, availability, policies, APIs, and account eligibility. MintAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok unless expressly stated by TikTok. We cannot guarantee any third-party integration, data access, publication, distribution, commercial result, or platform approval.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or platform requirements, investigate misuse, or maintain service security. You may stop using MintAI and revoke a third-party authorization at any time.
