MintAI is an AI video creation and publishing tool designed for cross-border ecommerce sellers and creators operating in TikTok-supported international markets.

Although our company is based in mainland China, MintAI is not a mainland China-only service and does not provide TikTok services for mainland China-only use cases.

3. TikTok Account Authorization and Data

When users connect their TikTok account through OAuth, we may access only the permissions approved by the user. These permissions may include basic profile information, video upload permissions, direct publishing permissions if approved, and authorized public video performance data.

We use TikTok-related data only to provide user-requested features, such as account authorization, video upload, publishing after user confirmation, and performance review for improving future product videos. We do not sell TikTok user data.
